Candidates must have a first Class / a minimum CGPA 3.50 in the Scale of 4.00 both in bachelor degree in Theoretical Physics/Physics/Applied Physics/Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) and master degree in Theoretical Physics/ Physics with a first Division/a minimum GPA 4.25 out of 5.00 in both S.S.C. & H.S.C. examinations. Requirements for either the SSC or HSC Examinations may be relaxed for the candidates who have obtained the first position/ the highest CGPA in both bachelor and master degrees.
