Qualifications:
1. Two Permanent Lecturer Posts (Educational Administration Department); Candidates must have Bachelor of Education (Honors) and Master of Education degrees in Educational Administration from a recognized university
2. One Permanent Lecturer Post (Language Education Department): Candidates must have Bachelor (Honors) and Master degrees in Bangla or Bachelor of Education (Honors) and Master of Education degrees in
Language Education from a recognized University

Education from a recognized University
The candidates of all subjects must have first divisions or GPA minimum 4.25 out of 500 in SSC and HSC
examinations. They must have first class or CGPA minimum 3.50 out of 4.00 in Bachelors (Hons.) and Masters Degrees
from recognized university. One of the approved condition of S S.C/HSC Examination may be relaxed to those who
obtained first position/achieved highest CGPA in both Bachelors (Hons) and Masters degree Candidates having a Ph.D
in the relevant field and research publication(s) in a quality journal may get preference. Candidates already in service
