UNIVERSITY OF DHAKA: Applications are invited from Bangladeshi Nationals for filling up 01 (one) permanent post of Lecturer in the Department of Public Health in the pay scale of Tk. 22,000-53,060/- for Lecturer (National Pay Scale-2015). 

QUALIFICATION FOR LECTURER: Candidates must have a first-class/a minimum CGPA of 3.50 out of 4.00 in both Bachelor’s (Honours) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology/Microbiology/Nutrition and Food Science/Population Sciences/Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) (for MBBS no CGPA and honours are required but the candidates must have to pass the MBBS without supplementary examination). Candidates must have MS degree in Global Health/Public Health along with a first division/a minimum GPA 4.25 out of 5.00 both in SSC and HSC Examinations. Requirements for either the SSC or HSC examinations may be relaxed for the candidates who have obtained the first position/the highest CGPA in both Bachelor and Master degrees. Candidates with a Ph.D. in Global Health/ Public Health and research publication(s) in a quality journal may get preference. Relevant notes and conditions apply. Application Guideline: Candidates have to fill the online application form and pay the application fee Tk. 750/- (Seven Hundred and Fifty) by logging on to https://jobs.du.ac.bd website by 11:59 PM on 14/12/2024. After successful completion of the online application process, candidates can download their filled application form and payment slip in PDF format. 08 (eight) copies of the downloaded application form should be printed and submitted to the Registrar, University of Dhaka within office hours on 15/12/2024 with payment slip. Attested copies of certificates, testimonials, mark sheets and proof of experience should be attached to each copy of the application form. Candidates who are already in service should apply through proper authority.
