Educational Qualifications:
02 (Two) vacant permanent Assistant Professor Post: Candidates must have Bachelor of Education (Honours) and Master of Education degrees in Educational Administration/BA (Honours) and MA degrees in Bangla. Candidates must have at least 03 (three) years of teaching experience at a university or, at least 02 years as post doctoral research or at least 06 (six) years research experience as a research officer or an equivalent position in a reputed research organization. Candidates with a Ph.D. should have at least 01 (one) year of teaching experience at a university. Applicants must have at least 03 (three) research publications in the indexed/quality journal with DOI (Digital Object Identifier). Article published in predatory journals will not be accepted. Candidates must have a first class/a minimum CGPA 3.50 out of 4.00 in both Bachelors (Hons.) and Masters Degrees with a first division/a minimum GPA 4.25 out of 5.00 both in SSC and HSC examinations. Requirements for either the SSC or HSC examinations may be relaxed for the candidates who have obtained the first position the highest CGPA in both Bachelor (Hons.) and Master degrees,
